Onsite Organization Development and Conflict Resolution The Sand Creek Group, Ltd. offers organization development, consultation, and conflict resolution services to provide management and the organizational system with resources necessary to address and resolve issues that arise in the work system and interfere with the smooth operation of the work place. Our consultants work onsite with each member of a work team and the unit as a team to find solutions. These services may include team building, conflict resolution, and change management. Critical Incident Response The Sand Creek Group has experienced counselors trained in Critical Incident Management.
